1. Concierge Agreement

These Terms govern all private in-home beauty services provided by MAKEUP SERVICES L.L.C S.O.C doing business as Glimmer Lashes — Private Beauty Concierge • Dubai. By scheduling an appointment with our concierge, you agree to these conditions.

2. In-Home Environment & Access

Clients are responsible for providing secure gate access or concierge clearance to their residential community, villa, or hotel suite. The client agrees to provide a clean, smoke-free indoor space with access to a standard electrical outlet for our mobile illumination.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Because our master artists are allocated exclusively to your appointment window with dedicated transit time across Dubai, we respectfully request at least 12 hours notice for any schedule modifications or cancellations via WhatsApp or phone.

4. Clinical Hygiene & Client Disclosures

All steel instruments are hospital-autoclaved in Class-B chambers and unsealed in your presence. Clients must inform our concierge prior to the treatment regarding any eye surgeries, active infections, skin conditions, or known latex/cyanoacrylate allergies.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates.
